By engaging the services of Unity Flooring & Interiors, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all services, estimates, proposals, and completed work unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

2. Estimates & Proposals

  • All estimates are provided based on the information available at the time of inspection or consultation.

  • Estimates are subject to change if project scope, materials, site conditions, or client requests change.

  • Written proposals are valid for a limited time as stated and may be revised due to material cost fluctuations or availability.

3. Scheduling & Project Timeline

  • Project schedules are estimates and may be affected by material availability, weather conditions, site readiness, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring the work area is accessible and prepared prior to the scheduled start date. Delays caused by site conditions may affect timelines and pricing.

4. Payments

  • Payment terms will be outlined in the proposal or invoice.

  • Deposits may be required before work begins.

  • Final payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • Late payments may result in work stoppage or additional fees.

5. Changes & Additional Work

  • Any changes to the original scope of work must be approved by the client and may result in additional costs and timeline adjustments.

  • Verbal changes are not binding unless confirmed in writing.

6. Materials & Subcontractors

  • Materials are subject to manufacturer availability and specifications.

  • Unity Flooring & Interiors may use subcontractors when necessary to complete the project while maintaining quality standards.

7. Warranty & Workmanship

  • We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. Any applicable warranties will be outlined in the proposal or provided upon request.

  • Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, normal wear and tear, or work performed by others.

8. Site Conditions & Hidden Issues

  • Unity Flooring & Interiors is not responsible for unforeseen conditions such as subfloor damage, moisture issues, structural defects, or hidden obstacles discovered during the project.

  • Any additional work required to address such conditions will be discussed and approved before proceeding.

9. Cancellations

  • Unity Flooring & Interiors is not responsible for unforeseen conditions such as subfloor damage, moisture issues, structural defects, or hidden obstacles discovered during the project.

10. Liability

  • Unity Flooring & Interiors is not responsible for delays or damages caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, supplier delays, or acts of nature.

  • Clients are responsible for securing personal belongings and valuables prior to the start of work.

11. Communication

  • Clients may contact us via phone or email with any questions regarding their project, estimate, or invoice.

  • Clear and timely communication helps ensure a smooth project experience.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By approving an estimate, proposal, or invoice, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
